Eligibility. Refunds are considered only for eligible orders placed within the last 30 days. Eligible reasons include: - Wrong item delivered or missing item from your order. - Food arrived cold, spoiled, or not as described. - Unable to complete the order due to an vendor error or payment issue.

Non-eligibility. Refunds are not available for: - Minor dissatisfaction with taste or appearance when the item matches the ordered description. - Changes of mind after the order has been prepared or delivered. - Promotions, vouchers, or discounts that were correctly applied at the time of purchase.

Please provide: - Your order number, delivery address, and the date of purchase. - Clear details and, if possible, photos of the issue. - A preferred resolution: full refund to the original payment method, replacement item, or credit toward a future order. We reserve the right to ask for additional information to verify your claim.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. Processing times vary by payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days after approval. If you paid with a card, the refund will appear on your statement as a credit from NeutralPivotPark or neutralpivotpark.xyz.

Delivery issues. If your order arrives late or not at all, please notify us as soon as possible. We will investigate with the delivery partner and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion. For in-person pickup orders, refunds will be issued if the order was not ready within the promised time or the pickup location was unusable due to circumstances beyond your control.

Damaged or missing items on delivery. If you receive damaged food or missing items, contact us with photos and your order details within 24 hours. We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation. Items that are unlikely to be refunded include items that were consumed or partially consumed, or orders with tampered packaging that cannot be clearly determined by our team.

Refunds for gift cards. Gift cards and promotional credits are not refundable, except where required by law. Any unused portion will remain valid according to the terms of NeutralPivotPark gift cards, unless otherwise stated.

Third-party payments. For orders placed with third-party payment providers, refunds will be issued to the same account or card used for the purchase. Processing times depend on the payment provider’s policies; once approved, you will receive a confirmation email from NeutralPivotPark with the details of the refund.
