'NeutralPivotPark' began with a simple dream: to bring true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Smith family in 1985, our pizzeria started as a small, family-run shop with recipes passed down through generations.
Alexandra Reed, our founder, learned the craft of pizza-making during travels across Italy, studying under master pizzaiolos in Naples—the birthplace of pizza. After returning to the UK, she was determined to recreate the magic of authentic Italian pizza, using time-honored methods and the finest ingredients.
What began as a modest 12-seat pizzeria has grown into a treasured local landmark, yet our dedication to quality and authenticity has never changed. We still use traditional wood-fired oven techniques, mix dough fresh every day, and source ingredients of the highest quality available.
Today, 'NeutralPivotPark' remains family-owned and operated, with the second generation of the Smith family now leading our passionate team. While we’ve embraced some modern refinements, the core of our business stays the same: creating delicious, authentic pizza that brings people together.
